Angela Liddon from Oh She Glows has been such an inspiration to me and The Thin Kitchen. Her cook book is like my bible, The Oh She Glows Cookbook. I don’t follow a vegan diet however I do love the way she creates delicious recipes using only the healthiest vegan ingredients.
